Refund policy

At BRYTH, we prioritize customer safety, product integrity, and hygiene. As our products are mouth-use devices, we follow a strict return policy.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if a damaged product is received.

  • Almost care has been taken, however, being an aluminium device, slight machine marks are inevitable. Such devices don't count as damaged products. 

  • No returns or refunds will be provided for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction after use.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must record an uninterrupted, unedited 360° unboxing video.

  • The video must start before opening the package and clearly show:

    • Sealed outer packaging

    • Inner contents

    • Any visible defect or damage

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, all mouth-use products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened, except in verified defect cases.

Claim Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

Refund Process

  • Once the claim is reviewed and approved:

    • A replacement or refund will be initiated at our discretion.

    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • BRYTH reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
