• Personalised products might take 2-3 days extra. 

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro & remote areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

• In case of incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order:
