Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your BRYTH products safely and on time.

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Personalised products might take 2-3 days extra.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro & remote areas: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout.

Re-shipping charges may apply if you wish to have the order shipped again.
Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable prepayment is collected to cover shipping and handling costs.
If the shipment is returned, marked undeliverable, or delivery fails due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, the prepayment will not be refunded.
